Personnel changes for the MGBCS

The Murray Grey Beef Cattle Society is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Executive Officer, Georgina Kedzlie (Mitchell).

Georgina will be taking over the role as Executive Officer from David McDonald. Georgina will be working 3 days a week in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Georgina comes from a rural background at Hernani. She has worked at ABRI, the Murray Grey Beef Cattle Society and the Angus Society previously. She has been running the family farm for the last few years, having previously had a Murray Grey and Angus stud she has a thorough understanding of Society procedures. The family have also owned a butcher shop breeding and selling their own cattle.

She is looking forward to working with the members and board of the MGBCS.

Diana has decided to keep the position she has had for the last twelve months, working Monday and Tuesday. She will continue to focus on managing the MGBCS accounts and promotional activities such as continuing to produce the Annual and Grey Country Magazines, the monthly Newsletters, maintenance of the web site and development of any promotional material.

Adele Potgieter now works full time for the MGBCS. She will continue her role as registrar and member services officer, as well as adding extra administration duties to her role. Adele will remain as the main point of contact for the MGBCS.
