Great results at Southern Grass-fed Carcase Classic

G & JR Koopman of Bottlesford Murray Greys, Tungkillo received 2nd in class 3 (Single trade Steer or Heifer 0 – 2 teeth 180 – 260 kg), in the Southern Grass-fed Carcase Classic held at Naracoorte last week. This 15 month old purebred heifer, sired by Bottlesford Hot Shot, then went on to be 3rd overall from 145 entries in the competition. The heifer had a carcase weight of 258kg, dressing at 56% with an EMA of 86cm.
