Passing of Kevin Vayro

Murray Grey breeders in Queensland lost one of their stalwarts with the passing on 5 November 2017 of Kevin Vayro.

Kevin and Trish established their Glengower Stud in 1988 when they purchased their first females.

Since then they have sourced the best Murray Grey bloodlines from studs throughout Australia resulting in a top quality herd of which they were very proud.

Their original property was at Bungunya near Goondiwindi and then they later moved to Condamine where they lived until recently.

Kevin and Trish were passionate about promoting Murray Greys through showing and supporting any promotional activities. Kevin served for some time as Chairman of the Queensland Breed Promotion Group and under his guidance the group was united and successful.

Kev will be missed by his many friends, especially for his sense of humour and dedication to Murray Greys. Our sympathy is extended to Trish and his family
